Red flags
- Typhon calls itself a manufacturer but names no factory or legal entity; its site gives only US addresses in Rosemead, CA and Commerce, CA (source, source).
- The official manual's parameter table labels three different values (2000, 3500 and 325 mm) as 'Max. Digging Depth' and appears to swap crawler length and width, so its figures need cross-checking (source).
- The same model name is sold at 3,800 lb (Lux/canopy) and 4,000 lb (Cabin), so 'Terror XVII' alone does not identify the weight (source, source).
